As a professional director, executive coach and thinking partner, Eileen works confidentially with Boards, CEO’s, COO’s, President’s, VP’s of functional areas and expert leaders. She also leads, coaches and facilitates peer groups and collaborative networks to create, envision and take action to generate sustaining value for clients, leaders, staff, the organisation and financials. Eileen teaches in both academic and corporate settings; and has line experience in scientific research, IT, operations, finance, organizational development, people practices, sales, and marketing.

· Frontline employees to engage, design, pilot and generate relevant changes in processes, use of information, facilities, roles and structure.

Eileen also designs and teaches leadership and coaching programs in the Executive MBA and MA Leadership programs at Royal Roads University in British Columbia and Strategy Health Management (MBA) and Leadership Executive programs at York University in Ontario. She presents and has published on leadership, change, and how to achieve extraordinary performance through employees.
