Over the past thirty years, Eileen has worked with a wide variety of values-driven clients in all sectors and many industries: including The Mayo Clinic, The Cleveland Clinic, The Hospital for Sick Children, SmithKline Beecham, MDS, National Cancer Institute, Lambton County Development Services, Northern Health Authority, Cardiac Care Network, Manulife Financial, HSBC, CBC, M&M Mars, Nestle, Magna, Abitibi, Inco, Scott Paper, Suncor, Colgate Palmolive, Meteo Media and Man B&W.

Eileen has led the reinvention of more than 25 organizations; working with:

·      Boards, executives and middle managers to resurface purpose, meaning and values, design and reinvent leadership and management ways of operating to unleash the power, capability and capacity in organisations.

·      Frontline employees to engage, design, pilot and generate relevant changes in processes, use of information, facilities, roles and structure.

Her approach assures results by engaging individual strengths, interest and potential; focusing groups on purpose, values and desired results and applying a proven methodology and disciplined approach through the chaos and uncertainty of change.  Leaders, employees and teams build capacity, capability and resilience; organizations build cohesive sustainable infrastructure with dramatic client, operational, organizational and financial improvements.

Eileen also designs and teaches leadership and coaching programs in the Executive MBA and MA Leadership programs at Royal Roads University in British Columbia and Strategy Health Management (MBA) and Leadership Executive programs at York University in Ontario.  She presents and has published on leadership, change, and how to achieve extraordinary performance through employees.
