Senior HR and Talent Management Consultant and Coach
In 2011, after building, running and selling an award winning international education business, Jodi returned to human resources and talent management. As a Sr. HR and Talent Management Consultant, her main role at ODScore® is to work with organizations that have an opportunity to add as well as support staff through transition.
Jodi has played a key role in a number of significant ODScore® client engagements including a long-term contract transforming and running a HR department in a successful marketing and production agency. She has also led hiring activities for leading non-profits in Canada and the US. Her recruiting background, as both an agency and internal recruiter, is often called upon when assisting clients develop and deploy successful acquisition and retention strategies.
In addition to providing consulting services to ODScore® clients, Jodi provides leadership and transition coaching to a wide range of individuals as well as organizations seeking development for employees. She is a graduate of the International Coach Academy and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Jodi is also a Kolbe Certified Consultant and is authorized to deliver the full range of Kolbe assessments (Kolbe.com).
