Organizational Psychology Specialist
Kate Webster is an Organizational Effectiveness professional with experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare areas, as well as professional services, financial services, policing and the public sector. Her strengths lie in her ability to analyze her client’s needs and issues, devise a pragmatic solution and communication it in a way the builds support and consensus. Her passion is for helping to make a difference in people’s work lives through defining and facilitating the implementation of initiatives which matter to them, and to the organization.
Kate completed her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph in 1995. Kate’s experience includes integration and development of competency-based systems and processes to enhance performance and development – she is a Certified Behavioural Event interviewer and BEI coder (Hay-McBer approach).
Kate has worked as both an external and internal consultant and understands the balance which must be maintained in each role. Kate now works as an independent consultant, with a network of like-minded associates, in order to provide her clients with the most effective and complete solutions.
